Hi again, sorry for my many questions 😉

I want to make the thumbnail on a blog page clickable with a link to the post. On each part works (category, single post), but not on the overview..i can´t find the file for this..

    The page:
    http://www.foodarea.de/rezepte/

On which file did you define the thumbnail image for this page?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi, that’s ok 🙂

You could add the link to /functions/interface/interface-function.php, find the codes and add <a></a> around them:
    <div class="hover-scale"><img src="<?php echo $thumb[0]; ?>" alt="" class="blog-unit-img" /></div>

Yes, that is what i did..on each template type..but not appear on frontpage, thats very strange..my post format for each post is “image”. i´ve seen that this post format is missing on your file..maybe that´s the issue?

The codes is blog list template, it doesn’t work for magazine template(your home is magazine template). Try to find the codes in /functions/interface/interface-function.php :
    <section class="magazine-unit...

I refreshed the browser and it works now 😀 I think that was just cache! 😀

Thank you 😉 I have another, very difficult question..

    —————————–

I´ve configured the WP Network (Multisite). It works very fantastic! Users can create another blogs with my custom blog settings, which i have defined before. By edititng the wp-includes/upgrade.php i´m creating some pages automatically for the Users who create a new blog. (Please take a look to the attached screenshot).

My question: For the second page (Rezepte, would say: Recipes) i want to activate automatically your “Page template”, which shows me a list of the new posts on this page. Is it possible?

Thank you very much for your very great support!
    Best greetings!

    Hi, you are welcome.

Did you mean the “the second page” is the page not homepage?

    Good morning 🙂

No..the first page by creating a new blog is the automatically created “Sample-Page”. By customizing of the upgrade.php i can define other automatically created pages..here i generate for example a page with the name “Recipes”..how you can see in my screenshot. THIS page needs an auto activation of yours “Enable page template”. (attachement) with my custom options like “list” and category “recipes”.. would be possible to define this settings on the upgrade.php like the other options?

    Greetings! 🙂

Hi, you could edit the line 132 of ../functions/theme/post-meta.php, change as true
    'default' => 'false'))),

Hmmm..but this will set the default to ‘true’ for ALL new pages, who the user create, right? ..this can confuse him..because he has to disable on every page the ‘page template.’. so is exist no possibility to define this in the wp-includes/upgrade.php only for this one created page?

    Greetings and thanks!

The new recipe page will always have the same page id! maybe an if statement like “if page id = 6, then set default to ‘true’? 🙂
