I have an issue using Teddy theme with gravity forms. I have already contacted gravity support and they told me to check if it works with another theme and it worked flawlessly with Twenty Fifteen.
The theme somehow prohibits “zero” as a valid input for the forms pricing fields. I don’t know how to fix that.
Hi, the screenshots are broke, please leave your wp-admin(url/user/pass) as private reply, I’ll log in to check it.
I have tested it, i tried to submit a form, did not something wrong. Please give more tips
Just type in Name, Mail and Telephone. Then type zero on all of the other fields (of course not for the captcha) and you’ll get an error message.
Do you talk about this form on http://teutos.de/test-gf/ ? the 3 options(https://www.dropbox.com/s/2hoq4hugp6yp2ey/QQ20150318-4.jpg?dl=0) are required, so they can not be blank.
Fw: you could check that if there is issue with Twenty Fifteen
I’ve already tested with Twenty Fifteen and there was no issue. The fields are not blank. The fields are filled with “0”.
I made a screen for you:
Hi, I am not clear your question still. Did you mean that if enter “0” for the 5 text boxes(https://www.dropbox.com/s/v90way22y6c4rx4/QQ20150318-10.jpg?dl=0) , the form can not be submitted(it will tip as the screenshot)? But my testing result is that it can be submitted. Did I miss somethings?
Thats really strange. I’ve typed in exactly the same numbers as you did and could not submit the form with safari on macbook. Then I tried chrome on the same macbook and it worked. Now I am really confused.
Yes, it’s strange. I found the same issue in safari. There are 3 boxes is alerted of 5 boxes( https://www.dropbox.com/s/sbnnhbwcpjjurvm/QQ20150319-4.jpg?dl=0 ), why the other 2 are fine. Please try to rebuild the 3 boxes. If it still does’t work, plz send the plugin to email@example.com, I’ll try to test in local.
