    On Home page (brick layout), post title doesn’t show up on mobile device while scrolling the screen. All is normal on PC browser.

    Sorry about the confusion.

    Here on your site: http://ximudesign.com/aside/, while visited from a mobile phone browser, user scrolls up/down the page, he can see the post title such as “EXPIRED SHAPES” shows up with a grey transparent layer covering the featured image.

    Where as on my site http://www.xintemaihui.com, from a mobile device, when user scrolls up/down, that grey layer and the post title won’t show up. How can I fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    because the hover event is conflict with click event. when you touch the thumbnail then click event will be triggered. It will jump to next page.

    there is a qucik fix:
    download the file, unzip it
    – login FTP, go to themes/aside/functions/pagebuilder/modules/
    – upload / replace: link-portfolio.php
    – Please login wp-admin, go to Aside / General Settings / Custom Css
    Paste the style code to Custom Css:

    .brick-link {
      height: auto;
      width: auto;
    }

    I did as you instructed. However this is not the effect I was trying to get. I am just trying to get the exact same behavior as your Aside theme originally has: On brick page, when you scroll on a mobile device, it triggers the hover event, the grey layer and the title show up, then a single tap (anywhere on that area) will bring me to the post itself.

    Whereas currently (after the fix you suggested), I tap on the image to trigger the grey layer and the title. Then I have to tap on the title only to get into the post.

    Can I get your Aside original scroll behavior? Thanks!

    Hi,

    I am confused. They are same, different on your testing? I send you a mail. Please check.

    And I just realized that only on iPhone 6 browser you can see that Aside scrolling effect. On Android Nexus pad, the scrolling doesn’t trigger the hover effect.

    Can you try play with it on an iPhone 6?
