    Hi,

I’ve tried adding a link to a PDF file to my menu, but it won’t display.

    What I would like, is:
    – A menu item linking to a PDF File that opens in a new window.

    ANy help would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Robin

You should upload your pdf to your space and get it’s url

Enter your pdf url in URL box.

Enter “noajax” in Link Relationship (XFN) box.

    Tips:
If the XFN box is not displayed in your menu panel, you could find it in the “Screen Options”.

Very nicely done! Thx for your reply (though I am a bit late 😉

One more thing: I’ve checked the “open in new window/tab” box bt t doesn’t do that… it still moves users away from my website instead of opening a new window.

    Any ideas?

    Thx

    Hi kriekenro, welcome

    Please follow:
    – download the file(https://www.dropbox.com/s/qzw5g7lqd6y88zi/flowfolio-menu-open-new-tab.main.js.zip?dl=0 ), unzip it
    – login FTP, go to: themes/flowfolio/js/
    – upload / replace: main.js
